The highly efficient team at Shri Mitra is headed by B. Balaji, who started his career in 1986 as a chemist in a cosmetic firm. After working with various multi-national companies for two decades, he started his independent consultancy services in 2006. With over 30 years of cumulative experience in the cosmetic sector, he has been delivering quality cosmetic formulation services and guidance in product upscaling from lab to mass-scale production, incorporating ancient ayurvedic and Siddha wisdom in new product formats. Recognized as a professional connoisseur by the peers, he passionately updates himself about the latest trends in the market and works to fulfill the clients’ expectations with utmost dedication and sincerity. On the personal front, he is a friendly, highly-energetic, humble person who firmly stands by his virtues.

The sound scientific knowledge in chemistry and the curiosity of the millennials for affordable skin-care products inspired Dr. Padmavathi Balaji to pursue her career in cosmetic formulations and is currently leading the formulation development department at Shri Mitra. She experiments with various modern scientific actives to deliver innovative skin-care products.
